Social impact assessments consider how an organization treats and interacts with people both inside and outside the company to positively influence differences.
Making a positive social impact starts with addressing topics like diversity, equity and inclusion; Health & Safety; relations with the local community; charity and volunteering; and employee development. These should all be priorities for companies looking to assess their overall social impact.
Audco Italiana is committed every day to promote awareness, training and the dissemination of values that enrich social and corporate life.
Our values guide the actions we take every day and ensure that we conduct business honestly, ethically and transparently. Together, we have built a culture of integrity, where our people not only have the tools to make the right decisions, but where they feel comfortable, speaking up when faced with ethical challenges.
