On the following page you will find all the useful information to understand the purposes and methods of processing your personal data as a visitor, in addition to any other information provided for by art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 ("GDPR").

1. Who is the data controller?

2. What kind of data do we process and how long do we keep them?
a) Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, in normal operation and for the duration of the connection, some data that are then transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected for the purpose of associating it to users but, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify them. This data is deleted a few hours after processing.

This site uses cookies or markers, which are technically packets of information sent by a web server (in this case, from this site) to the user's browser and from the latter stored on their device (computer, tablet, mobile phone, etc.). ) and automatically sent back to the server at each subsequent access to the site. The data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and to manage any disputes. Your personal data will be communicated to third parties only if the communication is necessary to comply with the requests of the users themselves. You will not be asked for data on health and, in general, particular categories of personal data referred to in Article 9 of the GDPR (sensitive, biometric, genetic and criminal).
3. How is your data processed?
Your data are processed with the support of IT and telematic means and are protected by appropriate security measures to guarantee confidentiality and integrity. In particular, Audco has adopted and adopts organizational measures (distribution of roles and responsibilities in the execution of activities and controls), procedures and techniques (firewalls, antivirus and other advanced technologies) appropriate to protect your data against loss, theft, as well as the use, disclosure or unauthorized modification.
Audco also states that no personal data is stored on the website and that, Audco has activated an encrypted connection via SSL certificate, so as to use the HTTPS protocol, thus ensuring a secure and private connection between the server where the site is hosted and the visitor's browser.
4. What is the purpose and legal basis of the treatment?
Audco treats your anonymous browsing data as per point 2.a in order to monitor the technical functioning and performance of the site, to understand how to improve services and make them evolve.
These data are necessary to guarantee the delivery of the site. The data referred to in point 2.b are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning (they are therefore necessary to guarantee the delivery of the site), as better explained in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who can your data be disclosed to?
The anonymous data referred to in points 2.a and 2.b could be communicated to partners and suppliers they support Audco in the provision of this site. If Audco were to disclose your personal data to third parties (for example regarding the services requested), they will act as independent Data Controllers or they will be appointed by Audco as Data Processors. 6. What are your rights?
You can, at any time and for free:

• ask for the update, correction or - if you are interested - data integration

• object, in whole or in part, to the processing of data concerning you for purposes of direct marketing carried out through automated and / or traditional methods.

• revoke, at any time, the consent to the processing of data, without prejudice in any way to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation
• request the limitation of the processing of personal data in the event that (i) contexts the accuracy of personal data, for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of such personal data; (ii) the processing is illegal, but you oppose the cancellation of personal data and asks instead that its use is limited; (iii) although Audco no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (iv) you oppose the processing pursuant to art. 21, paragraph 1, of the Privacy Regulation pending verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller with respect to those of the user
• object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of legitimate interest
• obtain the portability of personal data concerning you (where applicable)
• propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority where the conditions exist.

7. Age restrictions
Audco services and products are not available for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, if it is confirmed that we hold personally identifiable information from a minor under 18, we will delete the information. We may request additional information to confirm that the request is in good faith.
