Dual Expanding Plug Valves

Dual expanding plug valve by audco Italiana are a unique solution that combines small face-to-face dimensions with a double block and bleed function.

The Audco Italiana double expansion valve can be operated manually or supplied with an actuator. The opening / closing mechanism ensures a combination of shutter movements causing the slips to detach from the valve body and the subsequent rotation of the shutter itself. Therefore the reducers and the actuators are of the multiturn type.

Audco Italiana's dual expanding plug valves can be with reduced bore or full bore.

We are able to supply double-shutter expansion valves both with body and with shutter produced by casting process. In case of specific requests from the customer, Audco Italiana can easily supply these valves with body and shutter made from forged materials thanks to the advanced technology of our mechanical workshop.
