Lined ball valves are both reduced bore and full bore, with a floating ball design for reduced bores and an integral ball and stem design for full bore ball valves.
Due to the great attention paid to external emissions (Fugitive emission), the Chevron packings (sintered gaskets) are subjected to the helium seal test if the same is required, with ISO 15848-1 o 2 certification.
The inner lining is anchored with a dovetail groove and makes the valve suitable for both pressure and vacuum applications.
All metal components are made with investment casting, ensuring an intact and homogeneous coating and a uniform overall coating thickness.
Audco Italiana uses virgin raw materials such as PFA from Dupont or Dyneon and specific grades are used which are of high purity, allowing the use of its valves also in the pharmaceutical and food industries:
